Close location to Iowa City. Easy to get to.
Desk service was very slow. Continental breakfast was not good; they only served toast, bagels, and cereal (only one kind). Could not find the jelly and there was no juice. The tv picture was blurry, there were no local network stations available, and some of the cable stations listed were not there.

Enjoyed a really nice 3-day stay here! the food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty - we truly enjoyed our time at this place. 🍽️

Just old - $95.00 for the room was high. The staff was very accomodating.

I was horrified. The room had 1 inch of dirt ground into the tub. The light fixture over the shower was out with exposed electrical socket; rust and mold was visible across the ceiling of the shower - riddled throughout the suspended ceiling- we could not bring ourselves to take a shower! We have photos on our iphone to show if you like.

Mgr. Was very nice and helpful.This was the only hotel available for an Iowa football game. Looks like they are trying to make improvements. The room was old but clean. New tile in bathroom, new ventilation system, but old carpet. Bed was older but comfortable. If you are looking for a romantic weekend, not the place. Going to a football game and need a place to crash. It'll do just fine. A bit pricey, but in line with the other hotels in the area on a football weekend.
